I develop, deliver and ensure a train the trainer framework that turns employees into subject matter experts who can then teach other members of your organization.
Multi-Year Program Development
I create Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plans (MYTEP) that establishes overall exercise program priorities and outlines a multi-year schedule of training and activities designed to address those priorities with an increasing level of complexity over three to five years. It is reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that the plans are meeting established KPIs.
Learning Management Systems & Processes

Legacy Content Conversion
Converting legacy content is rarely a purely technical process. I can help you review and select the legacy content from both conceptual (re-writing and re-structuring content) and planning perspectives for the conversion itself.

An overall assessment of the organization, its learning needs (from individual, departmental and company standpoints), developing learning personas, content recommendations, delivery methods, resource requirements and measurement frameworks.
Instructional Design

Research, develop and design training decks, storyboards, and learning assets with an eye toward maximizing UI/UX with a variety of today's top-tier graphics tools. This includes eLearning solutions that offer learners comprehensive, interactive and dynamic experiences based around SCORM-compliant resources.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training Strategy Development
The first diversity training I led was nearly 15 years ago – well before global protests raised awareness of inequities in all aspects of our lives. I can support your DE&I initiatives by advising and recommending scalable training content through an on-demand platform that include case studies, videos, stories and other innovative approaches that meet today’s challenging HR environment.
